We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
Returned items must be unused and unworn, in the original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at shvkshopify@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care/hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Discounted or sale items may only be returned if defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item otherwise meets the eligibility rules above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you do not see the refund, please contact us at shvkshopify@gmail.com.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
