Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Orders usually take between 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at shvkshopify@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost in transit, you will be eligible for either a full refund or a free reshipment of your order.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders over $50 USD ship free within the United States.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees set by local authorities. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms your package was lost and it has not arrived within 30 days, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen after delivery: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. We will assist where possible, but refunds or replacements may not always be guaranteed in these cases.
  • Delays: If your package is delayed by the carrier, please allow a few extra days. If it still has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us for assistance.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the same item once the correct address is provided. The customer will be responsible for the additional postage.
  • If the package is delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer and is not returned to us, it cannot be recovered and a new order will need to be placed.
  • If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including when packages are refused, returned, or undeliverable due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.
