Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our international warehouses. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, you may request a return in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take between 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at shvkshopify@gmail.com. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, you will be eligible for either a full refund or a free reshipment of your order. If the package is delayed but still in transit, please allow a few extra days for delivery.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees set by local authorities. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related details upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days once your return has been received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, please contact us at shvkshopify@gmail.com.
